Important pricing notes

Minimum orders: The catalogue often states an additional R100 for below-MOQ orders; some pages conflict (including the Tyvek page, which also states R50). We have not silently selected a surcharge. ALSAS should confirm the applicable charge in each quotation.

Urgent orders: The catalogue describes a same-day surcharge of R200 plus 20%, where available; the wording of the calculation is inconsistent. Confirm the final amount before payment.

Contract clients: The catalogue's contract-client policy (page 32) requires an approved account and generally the third or later order, with agreed minimum quantities and a formal agreement. Contract rates in individual tables are not automatically available to every repeat customer.

Special requests: Personalisation, additional artwork, special sizes, colour changes, encoding, premium blanks and courier fees may change the total. All final pricing is subject to written quotation and stock availability.

Catalogue entries 33–36: These ribbon accessories appear in your website's expanded work gallery but are not priced in the 33-page PDF attached here. They remain enquiry-only until you provide their price tables.
